Driver to operate nearly all laser diodes at middle and high output power in CW or pulsed operation

Ideally suitable for diode operation from ca. 100 W to 3 kW for industrial and medical application
Models for CW operation to 100 A, QCW to 360 A and optional TEC operation
Air and conductively cooled models
Ex works individual regulation configuration for optimal performance adjusted to laser diode and connection setup
Highly efficient switching converter
Multi-phase power stage for very low current ripple
Minimal current drift
Parallel operation of drivers for output current multiplication
„Voltage booster“ for output voltage extension to 200 V and more
New GaN technology for up to 400 VDC operation
External optional buffer capacitor bank for long pulse QCW operation available
Analog and digital (CAN, RS232) control interface
