Schulz-Electronic is the only provider with an authorized service workshop for our top brands. Service is our top priority! Before, during and after your project. Use our RMA system to receive support as quickly as possible in the event of repairs or any device problems.
 

This is how you proceed:

Please note the RMA number visibly on the box and the accompanying documents.

• If possible, use the original packaging or an equivalent solution for return transportation.
• Please only pack heavy (+ 50 kg) and sensitive appliances on pallets.
• Please only pack switch cabinets upright on pallets.
• Remove attachments (cable harnesses etc.) before returning.

We will check your device carefully and inform you regularly.

• In any case, you will receive a cost estimate before a chargeable repair.
• Checks without finding a fault are subject to a charge - even during the warranty period.
• If there is no fault or the repair is not carried out, the costs incurred will be charged. The minimum charge is 150.00 euros.
