CW & pulsed buck-boost laser diode driver up to 12.5 A/125 V LDDP models are OEM driver modules for integration designed to supply high voltage single emitter laser diode strings

  • OEM-DC/DC unit for integration for medical, industrial and defense application
  • Maximum output current 12.5 A CW and pulsed
  • Buck-boost topology for an extremely wide output voltage range independent on the supply voltage. Operation with Uout>Uin possible. E.g. with 24 VDC input voltage diode operation at 60 VDC compliance voltage or at 48 VDC input load voltage to 125 V
  • Highest efficiency to >98 %
  • Extremly compact with just 55 x 115 mm footprint
  • Fast true current regulated rising edges from ca. 50 µs, fast analog modulation possible
  • Current ripple to under 0,1 %
  • Voltage and current monitor
  • External NTC temperature input
  • Isolated analoge interface
  • Isolated digital RS485 and USB interface
  • User-configurable safety limits & GPIOs
     
  • Especially developed for multi-channel multi-single emitter laser diode systems. Input sections of multiple drivers can easily be contacted on parallel by Cu bus bars for minimal integration effort.
  • Ideal also for mobile battery supplied application
  • Typical application multi kW fiber laser pumping
  • Perfetcly suitable for all common single emitter diode stacks and modules
