QCW600 is a linear regulated diode driver series to provide short pulsed to DC current into laser diodes like VCSELs or single emitter diode modules and stacks.

Compliance voltage: <150 V, <90 V, <50 V (as per „-bb“ in model name)
Rise/fall time: min. from 50 ns (for 50 V model), min. from 250 ns (for 90, 150 V model), (configuration dependent by model suffix -TRxx, where „xx“ indicates the typ. rise time in ns)
Current programming: 0 .. 5 V = 0 .. I into 10 kW (SMB or pin 6) nom
max. modulation bandwidth is determined by internal
filters indicated by the suffix -BAyy, where „yy“
represents the -3dB bandwidth limit in MHz, if
marked with a „k“ in kHz
