Quasi-pulsed laser diode driver
The LDQPC quasi-pulsed laser diode drivers are specifically designed for low cost high volume applications. These DC input modules are available with average output power to 100 watts and current output to 200 amps. With a rise/fall time of <10us. they are ideally suited for compact short pulse laser applications. All configurations require 15 volts DC and feature a simple analog interface. Output current and voltage can be specified to meet your requirements.
Performance Features
- QCW laser diode driver DC/DC, from 50 µs to approx. 2 ms
- Max. output current freely configurable up to 200 A
- Power peak up to approx. 1.5 kW
- Output power up to 100 W average
- Rise time typically 10 µs
- Air-cooled
- DC input: 15 V (other configurations on request)
- For QCW bars and QCW stacks
- Compact design for point-of-load operation
- Example: The I/U output configuration is individually adapted to the customer-specific load. For a 140 A QCW diode with 2 stacked laser bars up to max. 5 V, a model LDQPC-140-5-... is configured.
- Operation also possible with modules such as JOLD CPXF/QPXF/CAXF/FC or DILAS M1F/MMF, etc.
- Bar and stack operation, e.g., with II-VI Monsoon, Jenoptik QPNN/QANN/QAFN/QA/QF, Dilas vertical stacks, etc.
