Programmable DC Power Supply

The IT‑M3140 is specifically designed for testing, production, R&D laboratories, and ATE integration. Despite its compact 2U half‑rack size, it delivers an impressive 1850 W to 3000 W of power and a voltage range from 30 V to 1200 V. With three operating modes – constant voltage, constant current, and constant power – as well as an automatic wide‑range output, it covers an exceptionally broad spectrum of test requirements while significantly reducing equipment investment costs. Featuring high stability, an ultra‑fast response time of less than 1 ms, comprehensive protection functions, and LIST programming, the IT‑M3140 offers maximum control and precision. Standard USB and LAN interfaces, combined with ITECH’s free PV3140 software, enable easy integration, convenient remote control, and reliable data logging. Whether in semiconductor ATE, burn‑in systems, testing and certification environments, power module evaluation, or automotive electronics – the IT‑M3140 is the ideal solution for demanding applications.
