Yes. We provide ITECH demonstration units so that you can test the equipment in your own environment before purchasing it. This ensures that the equipment meets your specific requirements.
ITECH devices are suitable for a wide range of applications – from laboratory environments to industrial system integration. We particularly recommend ITECH for applications in electric mobility, solar energy, energy storage, battery technology and semiconductor development. Thanks to the extensive product range, there is a suitable device for almost every voltage and current class, including industrial solutions without a display for direct system integration.
The delivery time for ITECH equipment is usually around 4 to 6 weeks. However, actual availability may vary depending on the equipment series, model and current order volume. If a faster delivery is required for a specific project or order, we recommend that you discuss this with us at an early stage. We will be happy to check the current delivery options and work with you to find the right solution for your schedule.
Most ITECH devices are equipped as standard with USB, LAN, CAN, digital I/O and Modbus interfaces, allowing them to be flexibly integrated into a wide variety of test and automation environments. Depending on the specific device series and application, optional interfaces such as GPIB, EtherCAT, analogue/RS232 or a relay board are also available. As the available interfaces may vary depending on the series and model, we recommend checking the technical specifications of the relevant device or contacting our team directly.
Thanks to the modular design of ITECH devices, we can replace faulty components directly here – in most cases, there is no need to send the entire device to China. The process begins via our RMA system: once you have registered, you will receive an RMA number and can track the status of your return at any time. Our support team also always tries first to analyse and resolve the fault by telephone, via Teams or remotely – so that, ideally, your device does not need to be sent in at all. We take care of all customs formalities for repairs on your behalf.
