Regenerative DC Electronic Load

The IT-M3300 regenerative DC load from ITECH accurately simulates load characteristics and feeds the absorbed energy back into the grid instead of converting it into heat. With up to 800 W of power in a compact 1U half-rack format and flexible modularity, it is ideal for battery discharge, multi-channel power supply, and semiconductor testing.

Comprehensive protection: OCP/UCP/OVP/UVP/OPP, overheating protection, mains fault detection, error storage, foldback, shutdown protection, protection in case of faulty sense line
Temperature measurement function and overtemperature protection
Automatic mains status detection for reliable mains connection
Precharge function to prevent current overshoots with DC load
Anti-reverse protection (optional with IT-E118)
Five optional interfaces: RS232, CAN, LAN, GPIB, USB_TMC, USB_VCP, RS485, as well as analog and IO communication
