Multi-channel Modular Power System

The IT2700 series multi-channel modular power supply system offers ultra-high power density. The 1U main frame can hold up to 8 modules (200 W each) or 4 modules (500 W each). Different modules can be grouped and synchronized. The modules can be bidirectional DC power supplies, DC power supplies, or regenerative loads. And they can be connected in series or in parallel with each other. They feature integrated LAN, USB, CAN, digital I/O, and free PC software. It can be widely used in ATE integration in research and development, design verification, and manufacturing of DC-DC converters, communication power semiconductors, 3C products such as smartphones, PCBA, battery simulation and testing, chips, BMS chips, etc.

Operating Modes

The IT2700 load offers 10 operating modes. In addition to CC, CV, CR, and CP, it also includes 5 composite modes: CC+CR mode, which is often used in OBC voltage limiting, current limiting characteristics, constant voltage, and constant current accuracy tests to avoid OCP of the OBC. CR+CV mode is used to simulate LED lights, test LED power supplies, and detect current ripple; CP+CV mode can replace the ON point setting or be used for battery discharge tests, and the voltage set point can be used as the shutdown voltage. CC+CV mode can be used to simulate batteries, test charging stations or chargers, and limit the maximum load current during CV operation. AUTO mode allows automatic
switching between CV, CR, CC, and CP modes. If the protection circuit of the device under test is damaged, the mode can be switched automatically to prevent damage to the device under test.
In BSIM mode (battery simulation), a voltage can be output to simulate a battery for testing chargers and other devices.
