The IT5100 series delivers ultra‑fast, ultra‑accurate internal resistance and voltage measurements for reliable battery evaluation. With a resistance resolution as low as 0.1 μΩ and a voltage resolution of 10 μV, the IT5100 series sets a new benchmark in precision. Its AC 4‑terminal sensing technology enables simultaneous high‑accuracy resistance and voltage testing, while also supporting long‑term statistical analysis. From tiny 3 mΩ coin cells to large 3000 Ω battery packs, the IT5100 series provides a powerful and versatile solution for battery inspection, classification, and quality control.
