The challenge

If lasers are used in plastics processing, several diode lasers are often required simultaneously.

It is important for operators to be able to control the lasers used individually and flexibly. Accordingly, different requirements are placed on the diode laser driver units.

Our solution

Considering the costs, we developed together with Dr. Heller Elektronik various current drivers for the so-called simultaneous welding as well as quasi-simultaneous welding.

The DC/DC current driver with a wide compliance voltage range can equally supply diode modules with small, medium and high power.
