End-of-Line Test
The Objective of End-of-Line Testing
End-of-Line (EoL) testing is a crucial process in industrial manufacturing quality assurance. It is typically performed at the end of an assembly or production process to verify the functionality of components. The goal of EoL testing is to determine the system’s lifespan and ensure that all quality and performance characteristics meet defined standards and specifications.
Applications of EoL Testing
EoL testing is used across all industries, especially in electronics and automotive sectors. Products in these fields must withstand various external influences such as temperature fluctuations, humidity, vibrations, and electrical disturbances. The key challenge in EoL testing is to design a test environment that simulates real-world conditions while ensuring a high test throughput rate. This requires robust electromechanical design and powerful hardware and software architectures.
Our EoL Testing Solutions
Schulz-Electronic offers a comprehensive portfolio of EoL testing solutions characterized by high flexibility and adaptability. We provide both the necessary power supply and communication interfaces, and can integrate specific peripheral devices in consultation with the customer. The foundation of these services is power supply simulation, available for both direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC).
Due to our wide range of top-brand products combined with excellent support and service, Schulz Electronic is able to offer solutions for nearly every customer requirement. This ensures that all quality and performance characteristics of the products under test are thoroughly verified and meet the required standards and specifications.
Our Products for EoL Testing
Schulz-Electronic offers the following options for conducting EoL tests:
