Supply / Grid-Feeding System
The proven and cost-effective TC.GSS series is engineered for a wide range of applications including battery module/pack testing, cycling, emulation, low-voltage micro/mild hybrid system testing, and electric driveline component testing. The bidirectional converter architecture allows for fast and stable operation. Adjustable filter time constants support best control behaviour in both constant voltage and constant current mode. Full digital control of TC.GSS series allowing for onboard real-time compution for time critical applications such as simulation of internal resistance or drive cycles. The TC.GSS series offers application software for laboratory use and a variety of programming interfaces for integration into automated test benches. The prevailing environmental conditions in the application were given great importance in the design of the TC.GSS series. The devices are available air or liquid cooled. Additional options are available for protection against shock, vibration, dust and humidity. Various safety options in the device or integrated in the control cabinet complete the capabilities of this allrounder.

- Integrated RPP option to avoid reverse polarity problems, current surges, and unwanted deep discharges for battery testing applications

- Scalable from 32 kW to 128 kW or higher at voltage levels from 0…60/65 to 0…520 VDC
- Turn-key cabinet solutions up to IP54 available, mobile or stationary, liquid or air cooled
- Safety features such as 2-channel safety interface, insulation monitoring, DC discharge unit, and SELV protection
- Third party product integration, AC/DC connectors, and cables for convenient handling
